How we check your age

We confirm your age during account verification. Basic verification is required before your first withdrawal of any amount. We ask for four things.

1. A photo ID, such as a passport, driver's licence or provincial ID card.
2. Proof of address dated within the last 3 months, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
3. Proof of your payment method.
4. A selfie holding your ID.

Our review takes up to 72 hours. Most checks are done within 24 hours.
